These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Convertaverse regarding your use of the platform, superseding prior representations or understandings.

Acceptable Use

Respect the platform, fellow users, and intellectual property owners.

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Upload only files you created or have permission to use.
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload our infrastructure.
Never use Convertaverse to bypass DRM, TPM, or other technical protection measures.
Avoid sharing your account credentials or using automated scripts that violate our rate limits.

File Ownership & Privacy

Convertaverse needs your permission to temporarily store, process, and deliver converted files. We only use that permission to operate the services you request. Files are accessible through private links visible only to you.

Automatic deletion: uploads and outputs are purged within 24 hours of conversion. Once deleted, files cannot be restored.

Copyright & DMCA

You may not upload, convert, or distribute copyrighted content without authorization, nor may you circumvent DRM/TPM technologies from streaming platforms or similar services. Violations can result in immediate account action.

Credit Bundles & Billing

One-Time Purchases — Credit bundles are sold as single, upfront transactions with no subscriptions or auto-renewals.

Credits Never Expire — Use your credits whenever you want. Buy additional bundles to stack your balance.

Transparent Pricing — Every conversion costs one credit regardless of file format or size tier.

Secure Payments — Stripe processes all payments. Credits appear in your account as soon as the charge succeeds.

Refund Policy — Because credits are delivered immediately, purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or in exceptional cases approved by support.

Taxes & Fees — You are responsible for any applicable taxes, levies, or duties associated with your credit purchases.

Account Management

Monitor your balance and history anytime from the dashboard.
Accounts remain active as long as you hold credits or access the platform.
Contact support@convertaverse.com to delete your account. Any remaining credits will be forfeited.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the DMCA Policy.

Termination & Enforcement

Convertaverse may suspend or end access at any time—without prior notice—if we believe you have violated these Terms, our DMCA Policy, or applicable laws. We also reserve the right to remove content, limit functionality, or refuse service at our discretion.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Convertaverse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we work to keep information accurate and services available, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free outputs.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Convertaverse and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Where liability cannot be disclaimed, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Convertaverse operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
